FELCO born as an initiative of Ojo Obrero in 2004. It is conceived as a response to the need to create opportunities for distribution and exhibition of the productions of those filmmakers and groups throughout Latin America and the world are committed, with their cameras on their shoulders, with the struggle of their peoples.
This year the Festival will be held in Montevideo, Uruguay from 1 to 5 December. Films 82 are registered. 14 countries participating this year. Many
